Verne is a partner in the Rapid City law firm of Goodsell Oviatt, LLP, where he focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance bad faith, and strategic business planning. He received a B.S. and M.S. degree from Northern State College, and his J.D. from the Washburn University.
Nate Oviatt joined Goodsell Oviatt, LLP in August, 2012. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota and graduated with High Honors. He holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from The University of Nebraska at Omaha and graduated with Distinction.
David Barari, Attorney, joined Goodsell Oviatt, LLP in August, 2009. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota and graduated with Sterling Honors. David is originally from Vermillion and now resides in the Black Hills.

Concerts, races, bike shows, food, and fun abound for Rally enthusiasts. However, the winding roads, traffic, and weather can create conditions that easily compromise safety.
